Valve never used to pull this kind of shit, and after the dedication they showed to TF2, I definitely expected them to give more support to L4D before L4D2 came out.

I'm just waiting on Counter Strike 2 or HL2 Ep. 3.

Portal is meh. The first one was pretty easy, just that the gameplay was intuitive. Not really looking forward to a second one anytime soon.
