The left pupil on your avatar is too high up. It is supposed to be in the top right corner of the eye.

I thought that was why it was written there for a little bit, but I discarded the idea since it isn't that noticable. You should fix the eye, and flip the image so that he is facing left.

It works for an fsjal. They aren't meant to look good anyway.
