There's no "Kick" option on forums.

Permabans are still possible, they've been given out before. |
Mods can only permaban with a full five warnings, I'm pretty sure.
You can only give a solo ban of 24 hours, regardless. + Abusing would result in having your modship revoked if excessive. |
Well, with CEF's luck, Rockohock would be chosen as a moderator. |
