not really hard
get a steel tube and a steel piece you can use as a cap. weld the cap top the tube and you got a canon, use ducktape and wood to make the handle, make a hole ont he side of the tube close to the end where is the cap so you can ignite the powder from there
Voila you got a gun, it can explode in your face but its a basic gun.

Get a hollow pipe.
That will be your rocket launcher
Shoulder hold it while your friend has a rocket composed of a shell filled with an incendiary mixture ( 55% aluminum powder that is atomized, 45% sodium chlorate, 5% sulfur ). And on the end should be packed with rocket fuel (6 parts sodium chlorate mixed thoroughly with 5 parts rubber cement on a stove (hotplate preferred outdoors) until pasty.
Light the rocket fuel while within the hollow pipe being held on your shoulder and it should fucking fly.
