What are good ISPs in Canada? |
I heard that most ISPs play with torrents and apparently Telus doesn't do anything to make Torrents in-effective(Slow downs, unable to download, ect).

I think I've found a loophole in my service, they just recently started enforcing a cap, but I wasn't affected. So I have unlimited. I think it was a bit of a trade-off though, since I have a 7MB DL and only a 0.52-0.65 Upload speed (as tested via www.speedtest.net). From what I see, I think 60GB is a decent cap, since in all honesty who downloads 60GB a month anyways?
