Whenever I want to do hacks where I need the value multiplied by 8, I use the custom scan provided under 'Tutorials' of the CheatEngine.org website.
I have tried saving it at the code entering screen, tried File>Save at the main window, but when ever I open the file it saves I get error message Extension not vaild, or something. Is there any way to save this scan so it is always available when ever I open CE?

yeah, it's a good idea to add it to ce, i'll see if I can add it
Anyhow, the best way for now is create a new custom scan and in there load the script using file->open (and if it says invalid extension there make sure it's saved as a .cea)
