I'm positive that never happened. And just because you like a different genre of movie, doesn't mean it is a bad movie. I personally don't like it. I think the acting was pretty bad (especially by the main character), bad special effects, and it simply just wasn't that interesting.

Film wasn't bad, I don't think it was good either.
Also (most) girls like love stories and shit so yeah, they love twilight.
