"I wanted you to say *whatever*, god."

does that mean theyre:

Questioning God
Calling You God
Or what?

Well, if they type it like that, they are talking to god.

but if it's typed like this;

"I wanted you to say yes - god. "

they mean it as like 'fuck'.

yeah I know they mean fuck or shit whatever but it seems like its more of a slang, and if the literal version meant they were calling you god, it would be pretty funny.

argueing with a person about anime and they said "Give an example of a non-generic anime, god." and I thought it always sounded strange when people said that at the end of the setance regardless of what it meant in real grammar not opinion
