umm that IS fallout i saw places on there that are the EXACT copy it just has a diferent name and better grafix

I think this game will be better Fallout 3 if it has rpg elements and still have fast-paced shootouts. Because in Fallout 3 I could take all of the time in the world killing a Super Mutant Behemoth.
