| Are there any settings on the Catalyst CC that could fix this problem? (occurs to almost all fullscreen games/windowed games) Also going back to Catalyst 8.8 seems to solved the problem but i lose the performace boost T_T

Make a shortcut for your game, rightclick the shortcut and add --no_vbos to the target line, so it would be something like:
| Code: | | "C:\Program Files\TeamViewer\Version4\TeamViewer.exe" --no_vbos |
Try it, it might help

I got application settings on all, A.I disabled. adaptive Anti Aliasing uncheck, geomtery instance uncheck, tripple buffering uncheck. also vertical sync off.

Firstly, Conquer has a really, really, really badly programmed client. One of those "throw 1kk monkeys in a room and let them try to program a game client in C++" kind of deals.
Secondly, what's your hardware/OS/etc?

The thing is, this happens to all my games. And going back to 8.8catalyst seems to work, but the performance boost will be lost :/ Im going back to 8.8 for now and see what happens

I'd suggest just using old drivers until they update. ATI (NVidia too, I suppose) sucks when it comes to software.
Wish I hadn't gotten a 4850 now, the Linux drivers are pretty bad.

I'd suspect something else is wrong if you're getting that in every driver version past 8.8.. the latest is 9.8
What GPU is this?
