I got those 2.
But how the hell am I supposed to update my network devices without internet xD

Uninstal the device then reinstall it, or did you just recently try updateing it?

So, you haven't even tried rebooting...? Go reboot, it fixes a lot of problems. -_-

I rebooted about 20-30 times since the problem showed up, I know it does wonders but not this crap.

I tried what I know, and still no results.
Did all diagnoses windows had, still doesn't work.

I think my pc got hacked or something like that.

Directly in a modem which also supports wireless.

Just a shot in the dark, take your tower unhook it from the rest of the crap and switch it with your brothers computer and plug his LAN cable into yours....
