Pretty sure concussions are caused by the BRAIN hitting the skull. A nail through brain wouldn't hurt because brain and conciousness would DIE.

He went in shock once from seeing his sister having sex with his brother.
That's no lie. He told someone about it in secret.
He also told them he wanted to and still does want to have sex with his sister.
This happened when he was around 7. |

The brain can NOT feel pain, the brain recives signals from your nurilogical structure from pain to heat and so on, if you get a nail in the brain, it may or may not kill you, but you wouldn't feel it. Where will the brain send signals to when it is hurt? No where, because your brain receives them it can not feel anything.
