I'm specifically trying to make one for Family Project Kazoku Keikaku, is it even possible?
I can't find a save file so I can have the story complete, so I am looking for or to make a .ct file to unlock everything somehow.
And possibly also with a completed story save be with it..... or be able a save for wherever I want it to be, is this at all possible?

Well nothing is impossible, but you need to have a good knowledge in reverse engineering.
With the knowledge, you can create an option that calls in a function that usually saves the game, so with it you can make it a save at any point option....But its very complex.
