and most of you guys have it. it's not bad, it doesnt affect you in any way, its just annoying, i has the outbreak right now (cuts on both sides of lips and bumps) and everytime i open my mouth, it starts to bleed. sucks

It's a form of mouth herpes, often referred to as "cold sores".
A more serious form involves blistering, which sounds pretty painful.
