My keyboard doesn't have an fn lock key but fn lock is on. I don't see it on the onscreen keyboard, how can i turn it off -.-?

Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete / Ctrl + Shift + Esc
Look for a process called iexplore.exe
Press delete on it.

Okay if you're on a laptop you'll have an fn key but I'm assuming your not so.. restart computer or turn off numlock
