2:Upload were ever you can and post it here
3:The winner gets +rep from all contestants

Contest regulations:

Only 2 per person
Must be 300x150 pixels or smaller
Pm me your art/post it and I'll put on here with your username beside it
only 15 people can enter this contest
Everybody pm me or post your votes (Can only vote for 2 different people per person)
first person to post must say when contest is over (only from 1 week to 3 weeks)

And most importantly NO CHEATING!!!!!
