I totally agree with this, I have countless times get all my answered from pasting your thread title in the google search bar and its right there as the 1,2,3, or 4th link this shit is so annoying.

People are here to ask how to fix problems, not to be told to reformat because the person responding actually has no idea how to fix the issue and just wants one extra post to his name. Furthermore, freaking read the OP's posts properly. The number of times I've had to correct someone because they've skim-read and ignored the details is rediculous.
I'm also fed up of lazy morons that can't just type their question into Google. Can SF or someone make a rule that if the answer to your question is on the first page of Google, you get a warning? It'd stop all the clueless retards around here from posting piles of threads that could have been avoided by typing the question into Google and clicking the first thing that came up. I'll not mention names, but I can see 5 such threads on the front page of this section.
Bleh, rant over. |
oh stop crying it makes you look good when you come in and save the say, if no one posted stupid answers all there would be left is logical ones and that makes them less special. You want to rant go to Random spam.

You can't even take a thread like this seriously. Shows the mentality of some people on here...

@Thani
But maybe if they can learn how to help themselves then we don't have to deal with people asking about why there are arrows on icons.
IT WAS MADE THAT WAY!

Reformat.
But seriously, reformatting will fix ANY problem, as well as restore your computer to like new condition.
If you're pro at it like me, you will keep all your files on a separate HD and your OS on the main, then you can reformat as many times a day as you please.

If they are asking problems like that then they would not know how to reformat.
So learn to think properly in logic.

That's why I'm telling them to reformat, because they don't know how.
Jeez, how stupid can you guys possibly be?

Your epic rant is serious? Grow up and get over yourself. It's the internet for Christs sake, don't have a shit fit over it. So reformatting is the easiest logical way to fix any unknown error with a hard drive, a lot of the people here don't have a clue about half the shit you are saying so they just ask more stupid questions. Really though, if you need to rant in the wrong thread about something so silly as this, you really need to go outside and see the world for what it is. Logical thinkers are hard to find, and people that can think for themselves even rarer. Now /thread.

That would be me telling you:
" You see that broken car motor? I want you to build me an exact clone of it with your bare hands and it better work"
That is pretty much what you are telling them.

| But an exact clone of a broken motor would also be broken.

@Cryoma: Nit pick the wrong part of it, awesome! But the point is, they would not be asking how to fix their problem which is more less time consuming than reformatting, if they knew how to reformat!

If they didn't know to reformat, then that's why we are here, no?

| If you can't figure out something as simple as reformatting, then 95% of the answers you get from a support forum will be gibberish.
