I think he was doing it by 1 for text, 2 for lighting, and 3 for focal. But I'm not sure.

Text is boring, try to use different font types and different colors to make it more interesting. The tag is messy in a subtle way lol. And I don't know if the focal is the guy himself or just his arm, but I guess it's the arm since it looks like you're emphasizing it more. Needs more color, but don't make it too harsh.
