Oh I have no idea about 3d rendering but lets say I want to render a box.

But the box size and width can be changed in a format like so

box
position 0 0 0
rotation 0
size 10 10 20
end

Any useful links or tips?

And before you go postal on me about google... I have been looking on google for awhile now.

Just look for Direct3D tutorials for C#, there are piles of them on the net. After maybe 10-15 seconds of searching...
