My aunt got healed 100% from it like 2 years ago.

They aren't cures. They have to use chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy. That's putting a shit ton of chemicals into your body so that it kills the tumor (Kinda dangerous, since they are deadly chemicals after all) and putting radioactive waves through your body in some sort of way, which also obviously isn't good for you.
