I have a lot of tics. How do I get rid of them?

I mean the nervous tics, not the small animals that suck your blood or something.
I have had tics since I'm 7 (I'm 14 now). I find them very annoying and I'm afraid I might have Tourette's Syndrome. So, how do I get rid of my tics?

GET THEM OF if any of them somehow penetrated your body or sucked the blood out of that area it can highly damage your body and brain
