How do I put in for example I want 1.5 faster, where do I put the 1.5? Anyone know? Step-by-step directions pls.

you enable speedhack, type in 1.5 and click set speed

Of course, did you forget about HackShield? Cheat Engine wasn't specifically determined for MS nor was it to bypass any of its procedures to get particular features to work.
