The only parts I don't approve of would be the Seagate HDD (Seagate's Barracuda and DiamondMax line of HDDs were bricking en masse thanks to a firmware fuckup several months ago. I guess the issue's been fixed at this point) and the Antec PSU (4 weak +12v rails = fail. I'd rather go with something by Corsair, perhaps this for the power hungry i7 920 + GTX295. There's more to PSUs than wattage, believe me). Aside from that, great build.
EDIT: You need to change the PSU. The Antec PSU is of a proprietary form factor, CPX, and will most likely not be compatible with your case. You'll need one with a form factor of ATX. The one linked to above should be fine. _________________
