Go and ask like these small convenience stores or a bakery to see if the owner needs any help and see if they want to hire you or not.

BookStore (or anime shop) might be good, help sorting out books and stuff.

PTC/PTR sites are scams (mostly pyramide scams). Period.

Also don't google for "15 year old filipino boys" + "Job" it gets disturbing after a few pages.

Earlier, a guy riding a bike tried to snatch my wallet.. But his hands got stuck on the lace of my bag. XD I didn't even ran after him. So I guess you could be a snatcher.
