Quite impressive for an all new guy. It's okay. You might need to make the movement on the crosshair a bit more fluent, instead of lagging around

Oh, and if you play it agian without refreshing, the crosshair doesn't move.. Just out of all sudden the guys head starts bleeding xD

I don't get why I used some as

at the end of the C-hair animation and at the end of the whole animation Ill edit and trim it and re upload so It runs fluently without as.

Your realism needs improvement. A real sniper wouldn't randomly move their weapon like that then go to their target and shoot them. Also, after the shot, the crosshair should move upwards sharply, then come back down a little slower, with a bit of ease in each motion. The head should also move back almost instantaneously after being shot.

FPS: 18-30(Majority of animations are 18fps or 24fps)
