Three months back I Put together a computer using these parts.

After Installing Windows Xp Home Edition Version 2002 Service Pack 3, My computer has Occasionally turned itself off for no particular reason, but recently it has become more frequent, and i decided that it would be a good idea to remedy this issue. I am not sue what is wrong. It happens more frequently when i am running two WoW's.

I got the same problem before, just changed my power supply and everything went good.

CPU or maybe video card overheating perhaps?

Had to be hardware-related for sure, probably the power supply. Does the power indicator remain on with a weird color, like green and orange mixed together?

If a CPU overheats, the computer will reboot, not go dead completely.

Not that the word "reboot" or "restart", prior to this post, have only been mentioned once, and not by the OP.

EDIT: Wait. Lolno. If a computer overheats it will either BSOD and shut down or crash altogether immediately. Usually if a GPU overheats graphics will start to go funky before the computer crashes.

if the CPU overheats it can result of stop working until it become cool, no reason for BSOD.

Because the CPU suddenly becoming completely inoperable would allow the system to run until it cools down, amirite?

It's probably your PSU or graphics card. Check both just in case.

Finding problems often necessitates controlling the environment.
Run some stress tests on a separate OS from what you're using (a Live Linux distro would probably work, so long as you can find that sort of program).

This used to happen when my CPU fan got stuck; you might want to have a check whether it actually rotates when you put two wow tabs up..

Download and install Riva Tuner, it can control the GPU fan. Set it to 100%, so your GPU will not overheat, which is the most likely reason.

Check for malware.

Test the RAM, try Memtest, or booting with only one stick.

Make sure the CPU or video card aren't overheating, swap out the video card with another if possible. Make sure the CPU fan is operating correctly and there isn't a wire or something caught in it.

Check to make sure the PSU is functioning correctly and all fans are spinning, swap it out with another if possible.

And yes, even though a PC is capable of running without a video card, any malfunctioning peripheral can crash the system.
