What graphics Card do you have and we will link you to the correct drive, just in case you have made a mistake in selecting correct drivers...

Try downloading the newest driver/Catalyst package from ati.amd.com.

Since you're using XP and don't know if it's 64-bit, it's quite safe to assume that you're running the 32-bit version of the OS. Use the link.

Green dots and flashing lines means either that your card is saying last goodbyes to you or that you have fucked up drivers. Since you installed something and it began then to have those glitches i will assume that your drivers got fucked up.
