Its called Texture Hacking. You can do it if you have the homebrew channel, A SD card, Gecko OS, SSBB, And the textures.
I often make textures and use them, Alls you need to do is place the texture files in specific folders and use the File Replacement code for SSBB created by Phantom Wings.
Its fun to use, They have a LOT of textures, And im sure theres a naked peach or zelda one in there somewhere. |

I got internets, just no Wii points.
I don't have Gecko OS. Do I need that on my computer 
I can buy an SD card. |

Its not bought through Wii points, You get it through bannerbomb/twilight hack
No, You'll be able to get it once you get the homebrew channel, PM me for instructions
