Why cant some people pm? it does not make since and if they have a problem or some kind of private cheating plan, then they would not be able to talk.
btw freelancer gave me -1 rep due to me posting it in ComTalk when i found Racing Games section was not there. he is the real dumbass. Wink

You can PM once you have 20? posts, and -rep is srs bsns.

They let most people PM, after 2 weeks and 15/20/25 posts. The exceptions are people who lose the privilege to PM.

Don't complain, 25 posts is easy.
