Easy, make 1 new frame w/ arrow in beginning spot. make a new frame w/ the arrow where you want it to end and then splice it into like 5 or 7 frames. It auto moves it frame by frame for you. |

erm CS3+ had a built in animation window. I think CS2 had a separate program for it, can't remember.
