I think it's fine, doesn't distract from the focal. It's actually barely noticeable until you actually look for it.

I was disagreeing. Most text is ment to be noticable on sigs. People arnt ment to search for it.

You really need to go learn some more about sigs, that's not how it works.
The text is there as a kind of "signature". And just like a signature on a piece of artwork, it doesn't need to be distracting.
