Is it possible to track it down?
I heard that every ps3 can only have 1 un-deletable account.. (i might be wrong, i never used a ps3)
So if your account connects to the Internet from another location, couldn't you find out the IP or something?

Well is there ANY way somebody could track you down if you "borrowed" his ps3?

by holding the power button for 3 beeps you can erase ALL data on the PS3. Causing it to delete all accounts and private data. If your PS3 isn't stolen by a complete idiot you have no chance of finding it.

Some guy I don't know is throwing a mass party, and he has a ps3
Everybody's probably gonna be drunk and/or stoned/high so it will be easy to quickly put it in my backpack when nobody's looking.

But i want to be sure that it can't get traced, because i want to keep it and use it myself.
