Your thoughts on it?
Be nice. I know it stinks and all I did was make a simple background and slapped a render on, and blah blah blah...
But I've seen much worse "firsts".
EDIT NOTE: I am not claiming in any way whatsoever that this is any good, and am not expecting any compliment. I would only like some advice on signature making.

| Looks like an unfinished background with a slapped render...

Why is it that there's zero conversation whenever I make a thread? People aren't even visciously ridiculing my sig (and I DEFINITLY know that it's not bacause it's any good).
Can I please get some tips on making sigs better? Is there something about me that everyone hates?

| Your background does really flow with the render. If you are going to make a smudge background then make it flow with the render. Look at redslothx's smudge sigs for advice. Also The smudging isn't anything really special because you just smudged a background, and used a filter. center the render too.

| Well, what I did with the background was I pasted my render a few times and used "gaussian blur". Then I used a noise effect (forget which). I didn't really smudge anything.

ohhh. Yeah i've done that tutorial before when i was starting out. You will learn that most people look down on people that use "gaussian blur." But its okay if its your first time. Maybe resize your render to a large size and blend it with your render or make a background from scratch and blend it with your render.
