my computer starts bootig then after the load screen I get
Stop:c00021a {fatal system error}
The windows logon process system process termintaed unexpectedly with a state of 0xc000135 (0x000000 0x00000000)
The system has been shut down
I can't log in I'm in from my iPod right now
Is there someway I can restore?

Winlogon was most likely deleted or corrupted. You can restore it (I think) with the windows installation disk.

| You got a flash drive at hand? Get a portable OS like ubuntu on it and boot from it. Download winlogon and put it where it belongs with ubuntu or whatever. (I actually never tried this method, but it might work.)

Press F8 to access the boot menu, then choose safe mode.

| Anyways, you wouldn't be able to log in in safe mode, since it uses winlogon too.
