The text just ruins it further since it can't really be understood and has nothing to do with the sig itself(even if the render and phrase are from the same anime).

The background interferes with the render and focal point. The Misery in bottom-right is tiny and doesn't contribute to the render much. I think the colours match up well, except for that white stuff, it looks a bit like cum. :3
