Should I use Adobe Flash CS4, Photoshop, or Paint.net?
Because I draw a lot, but don't do things on the computer much having to do with art. So I want to try it.

Adobe flash is mainly for animation
if you can get photoshop then get it
@dicflick if he is going to get illustrator, he should get photoshop and familiarize himself with the pentool

It actually is, take the pen tool, zoom in to 400% or upwards, and follow the path of the drawing or render. You just repeatedly click.

Photoshit CS3 < CS2.
Meanwhile, CS4 > CS2.
Anyway, Illustrator is vector graphics, better for logo design and such, flash is animation, photoshit is what you want.
