This is an art section. I don't think coding quite fit the category...
You should really read the title. Notice how it says "Animate Particles" not "Code Particles".

				| Lol, 20-30 more USD and you would have had enough for a Bamboo. | gogodr wrote: | | you can make art with code but anyways I'm not saying it's bad >.> it looks awesome.

				| Just watched it, pretty nice. However use the youtube annotations to explain things others might not be familiar with. Also default hotkeys. _________________

				| I have a Bamboo as well. And honestly, I think that type of particle usage is too generic.
It shouldn't even be classified as particles anyway, it's just an explosion of sorts with a bunch of firework type lines shooting around.

				| It is a very useful technique(?) to use when animating . The way I used it was just an example, you don't have to use "particles" in as an explosion. | Cryoma wrote: | | I have a Bamboo as well. And honestly, I think that type of particle usage is too generic.

They can be used to show force in movements as well. Even be used as dust kicked up by footsteps.

				| What type of program was used to record this? I also have a bamboo, works well. Not too expensive either. I find I animate the basic effects, like this, then add extra effects, such as lighting and minor tweaks. | |

Agreed, it works good, I just think I'd work better on a bigger one :/

I'll be adding more stuff to the effect in Part 2.
