Out of the following two formulas, which would supply the most accuracy?

Haversine Formula or Vincenty's Formula

Also, which one of those would take the least amount of computing power?

Haversine is accurate within 0.3%, Vincenty is accurate within 0.5 mm.

For speed tests, I suggest you loop it 100, 1000, 10000 and so on until one method is clearly faster.

I think i heard vincenty is more accurate, but now i'm not sure.

What is it 0.3% accurate of?
