I have a Optiplex GX620 desktop from Dell.
Everytime I try to freaking turn it on, an orange light flashes from the power button then nothing happens
It doesn't even turn on
Took out my ram and put it back in.
Didn't buy anything new
It's been like this for 2 months now...

It means your mother board or PSU has failed.

Call up dell for a replacement if you are still under warranty.

Also, direct from Dell:

Remove and then reinstall the memory modules (see "Memory" for module installation procedures).
Remove and then reinstall any cards (for installation procedures, see "Adding and Removing Parts" for your computer type).
Remove and then reinstall the video card, if applicable (for installation procedures, see "Adding and Removing Parts" for your computer type).
If the problem persists, contact Dell.

That link was of no use, they were talking about all only yellow and green not with amber.
