The transition of the gray is too subtle... Make it flow nicer.

Looks a bit strange. Maybe, as chidori said, use a picture for reference.

That gives me the image of a pitchfork, rather than a trident.

You need to add more deadly flair, and make it look like a beautiful, yet dangerous weapon.

However, the handle and the little... jewel... thing at the bottom were done quite nicely. :3

If anyone wonders about the black dots and lines next to the "Trident" it's the colour palette i used mostly because it's easier to remember which colour goes where :X
