Sifting around, I found this site.

Includes the original program and a restore. I'm sure it has a readme, but I'm not familiar with any of this.

This seems to be a video tutorial.

Thanks Dave, but the problem is that I heard one jailbreak works and the other doesn't. :/ I need someone with experience on the subject.

3.0 AND 2.0 can both be found at the official site http://www.ipodtouchfans.com... there are tutorials there and all of it works.

quickFreedom is jailbreak for 2nd gen ipod touches but for 2.2.1 firmware.
but if you want the 3.0 firmware jailbreak for 2nd gen, you'll need to DL this:
