i got a new memory of a GB KVR800D2N6/1G PC2-6400 and it still shows the same problem, the voltage on the memory says 1.8v and the min. voltage that is on my mother board is 1.85v, i changed it to the min voltage and changed the mem frequency to 800Mhz, it worked for a good time, but when i open a lot of things it freezes.

if all the settings are in spec and you still have problems, run Memtest86+
