Rolling Eyes Not even gonna ask. Boot from your Vista or XP installation CD and click the repair option.

Just make one, it is the only way I know of to repair it.

EDIT: You could try checking your boot order.

Well it depends on your computer but I jam the F2 key during POST and all you are looking for is making sure that it is booting from your main hard drive and not an external one or anything else. How did this happen anyway.

Not working, loganator made a thread asking how to get into windowed mode and someone said delete hal.dll, so i done it.
