Most websites have bright backgrounds, such as Google, and I was wondering if there's anyway to change it to black or a darker color.

Maybe there's a JavaScript add on for Firefox that I'm not aware of. Question

I don't think that there is an add-on for that. But the best you can do is change the Firefox window color with the add-on AnyColor. Or you can try to change your screen brightness level to make it seem less bright or vice-versa.
