I don't think I've ever been so minimalistic with a tag, but I didn't want to ruin the feel of the stock.
Just because it lacks effects, doesn't mean less work went into it.
I tried to make the effects suttle and not overpowering.

Not even the white soft brush that was meant to be light?
Though Viral, no offence but I prefer hte original version better. The blur(I think its blur) on the candles and the upper left part just didn't fit my likings. >_>

Nice edit.
by the way, the light source color is off >_>
the guy has a different light than the light you created. He(and the background) have a more orange glow. The light you made is too white. =0
try changing the color to something soft but more similar to that.
(something i like to do to make things look more realistic. Use the burn tool to create shadows and sharpen to create a nicer texture =0)
Example:
(Did it quickly so i didn't really care about details. Top is edited with burn/sharpen tools. Bottom is original)

Mmmm, but the amount I did ontop of the actual stock was minimalistic.

Also, people saying about the white light, tried a yellow, just didn't work nicely.
All I wanted to do was give it a more eerie feel, which I think (hope) I did. |

I think the edit fits better, i would rather expect to see that quality in a movie than the original.
