I think it looks nice? Hasn't someone posted something similar to this picture before except it was light blue and purple? Just wondering. It's still pretty awesome. Wink

more of a Cloud > Mezzotint > Radial blur x2 > Twirl >add color and repeat as many times as you want.

Can you do this in all versions of photoshop? Or is this one particular version?
