Start new game.
Get into mages guild and progress into the spame University OR..
..Get the wizard tower expansion so you have access to item enchantment
Get 5 grand soul gems (grand)
Get 5 pieces of cloth and jewelry (example: pants, shoes, torso, ring, ring)
Enchant each with 20% chameleon.
Equip and make sure you're not wearing any armor that decreases spell effectiveness.
Now you can never be seen, even if you stand in front of your enemy slashing him to pieces.
