After googling it up, I had to settle for that. Every other explanation was way too confusing. Wink

Also, is the current laptop a good deal? Looks like a great one to me, for the price tag anyway.

Yeah it's a pretty good deal with a n ice graphic card.
Better than most 1 grand laptops.

Not bad, but I recommend keeping Vista on a separate partition. If you can afford it, you might want to consider increasing the RAM to 6-8GB.

I can afford it, but I heard that having that much RAM is practically useless.

If you are using it for normal office work, them 4GB is fine. For gaming, 6-8GB.

rofl @ your stupidity
4 gb of ram is enough for gaming, why would you even need 2 or more ram just for extra gaming?
4 gb of ram is enough, i have 3 gigs of ram and i can even play FAr Cry 2, CoD 4 no lag at all
cpu does also play a role in gaming you know
