I NEED it to change ips.

Start > Execute > CMD
ipconfig /release
Press enter.
ipconfig /renew
Press enter.
Your ip should change.
If not, call your ISP and ask them to renew your IP.

Above response is wrong. You have to release it first. So go to CMD ipconfig /release then ipconfig /renew. Then when that fails and you have no internet, call your ISP and have them reping your modem and your IP will change.

I see that edit of yours! Plus, an ISP won't usually let you change your IP. They usually think of it as a way for you to get around frauds and won't do it.

For an unknown reason, I have to change my MAC Address for my IP Address to change, but once my IP is changed. I just change my MAC Address to my original one
