He keeps going straight until he hears a loud "BOING".
He then feels the room falling at the speed of 139km/s.
As he hits the ground, he wakes up.
But, when he wakes up.
He's in the black room.

He was in the black room because he was already under the signs of the stroke, he was hallucinating
.
the boing sound was a sign that it had happened.
He felt the room falling at the speed of 139km/s? this should not be looked at due to it being a non-palindromic number.
He did fall down, but I did not state when he got up.
I said he woke up in a black room, I did not state that it was this room.
